Leadership - Say hello

SSS tip (super short and simple):

Regardless of whoever you are in your organisation, when you meet someone new for the first time in the day, say "hello, how are you?"
If you are sending a message via MS Teams, do the same thing.

Be proactive about this. Practice this.

This habit is the beginning of becoming a leader! Trust me.
